Summer Weight Program

We are excited to announce the schedule for this year’s summer weight and conditioning program. Mason Hardman (former SPPA Student/Athlete) will be leading the summer weight and conditioning program. Coach Hardman is seeking his CSCS certification and has extensive experience with a strong weight and conditioning program. We are excited for him to add to the program that was started last summer. The Program will be every Monday through Thursday, excluding Monday, July 5th. To sign your athlete up, please email Coach Robertson at

High School: 8:00-10:00 AM
